Teaching methods and learning activities

The methodology that will be implemented in classes will be adjusted to the number of students that participate in classes.

Oral presentation will be the privileged method to communicate the main contents of this curricular unit. Oral presentation will be supported by graphic software.

After each thematic presentation, theoretical and methodological aspects will be discussed with students, aiming to frame the social phenomenon in a broader theoretical domain.

Students’ participation will be encouraged, not only through discussing the methodological and empirical aspects and implemented strategies considering the phenomenon, but also through a search for some other studies that can be integrated in their final exam (or report).
