Objectives

This discipline aims to:

- Supervise and guide the individual achievement of an original research, empirical or theoretical, related with Psychology or Psychosocial Rehabilitation.

- Stimulate the capacity for rigorous analysis and discussion of data, reflecting about their potential and limitations.

To develop an individual research project.

1. Theoretical frameworks in a specific field of Psychology or of Psychosocial Rehabilitation.

2. Quantitative or qualitative research methodologies, adequate to research questions previously formulated.

Autonomous work directed to literature search and texts’ analysis. Meetings with the supervisor and elaboration of a research project.

Eligibility for exams

Students must attend some classes, meet with the supervisor and submit a written research project, in which they must achieve the minimum grade of 9. 5 values in 20.

Calculation formula of final grade

The final classification is obtained by continuous assessment (represents 50% of the final classification) and by writing project (represents 50% of the final classification).
