Objectives
This discipline aims to:
- Identify, diagnose, analyse and assess different domains, contexts, situations, problems and behaviors where is necessary to intervene.
- Define rehabilitation diagnosis according underlying principles, methods and instruments.
- Define individual rehabilitation plans.
- Planning, organise, develop and evaluate programmes, projects, actions and activities according needs before diagnosed.
Learning outcomes and competences
To think critically about some theoretical questions of evaluation and intervention at psychosocial rehabilitation domain.

Eligibility for exams
The students must be at the classes and to obtain at the exam the minimum of 9.5 points in 20 at the global classification of the discipline. The written final exam is required.
