Objectives

It is intended to facilitate the theoretically grounded understanding of current issues in the field of teacher education and supervision and to promote expert learning and competence development in the field. 

Learning outcomes and competences

a)      To critically analyze issues in teacher education and supervision, integrating them into a comprehensive perspective of school education, school improvement, and teachers identity and professional development

b) To understand and analyze theories and paradigms in teacher education and supervision

c) To take knowledge and understand conceptual and practical systems that shape teacher education;

d) To identify current trends in teacher education and supervision;

e) To express matters teacher education and supervision, orally and in writing, using appropriate language.

 

Skills to found

f) Design, advisory, consulting, management and evaluation of projects and programs on teacher education and supervision, with regard to models, processes and professional and socio-institutional frameworks;

g) Development of relevant research in the field of teacher education and supervision.
