Objectives
The learning goals are:
- the critical analysis of consultation projects educational and training contexts;
- derive alternative interventions taking into account the "problem", the context and the consultee;
- acknowledge the problems related with the legitimacy, involvement potential and effectiveness of consultation projects in educational and training contexts;
- justify the option for collaborative modalities of consultation that take into account the organizational characteristics of the work context and the empowerment of consultees.
Program
Following Consultation I, Consultation III furthers the knowledge and reflection on consultation through the systematic analysis of projects in educational and training contexts. Therefore, students are actively involved in the sistematic review and critical reading of consultation projects, particularly focusing on three main topics:
(i) conultee involvement and colaboration;
(ii) emphasis on problems, consltees and/or contexts;
(iii) the significance of organizational and contextual dimensions;
(iv) the role of the consultant and the empoderment of consultees.
