Objectives
By the end of this Curricular Unit (CU) students should demonstrate:
- Global knowledge in the area of Organizational Psychology as a field of study as well as a practice, its object of interest and topics;
- Meta knowledge of different existing approaches and the relations between these theories;
- Knowledge of the main constructs and global methods of investigation and ethical concerns and constraints of the Organizational Psychology investigation and practice;
- Empirical knowledge in what is concern with organizational psychological phenomena, as well as theories that enable them to understand and explain these phenomena.

Calculation formula of final grade
The students’ evaluation at the UC is the result of an exam (100% of the final grade).
Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)
Students with special needs should acknowledge it to the Support Unit (Serviço de Apoio) in the beginning of the Semester in order the teacher is informed.
Classification improvement
Students have the possibility to improve their final classification in the UC through a new final exam. They can require it once, in one of the following evaluations periods immediately after the period in which they got their approval at the UC.
