Traços de didaticidade em artigos de divulgação científica mediática : o caso de uma edição especial "verde" da revista Visão

Resumo (PT): Desde 2007, com periodicidade anual, a revista de informação generalista semanal Visão publica uma edição ¿verde¿, dedicada a questões ambientais. O presente estudo analisa a ocorrência e as funções dos mecanismos de reformulação identificáveis nos textos ou segmentos textuais de divulgação científica presentes nas edições de 2014 e 2015 desta revista. Parte, em primeiro lugar, da hipótese de que as características do género em análise, o discurso de divulgação científica mediática, propiciam a sua ocorrência ao serviço, nomeadamente, da referenciação e têm implicações na construção quer das imagens dos interlocutores, quer das relações interlocutivas que se estabelecem no e pelo texto/discurso. Considera, ainda, os textos em análise marcados por didaticidade fraca, que decorre essencialmente da situação e dos objetivos comunicativos. Reconhece, igualmente, o relevo que o discurso da ciência (na sua vertente de divulgação) assume em relação à temática em causa e à organização textual adotada. A consideração dos dados na sua globalidade permite afirmar que a reformulação está presente, sem ser um recurso central. Os marcadores de reformulação são identificáveis e são produtivos. Contudo, a maior parte das operações de reformulação ocorre sem marcador de reformulação discursiva.

Abstract (EN): Since 2007, on an annual basis, the weekly general information magazine Visão publishes a ¿green¿ edition, dedicated to environmental issues. This study examines the occurrence and functions of reformulation mechanisms identifiable in the texts or textual segments of science popularization present in the 2014 and 2015 editions of this magazine. Firstly, it elaborates on the hypothesis that genre characteristics of the analysed discourse (the discourse of public communication of science through the media) favour their occurrence at the service of referenciation and that they have implications for the construction of the image of the interlocutors, and also for the interlocutive relationships established in / by text/discourse. Secondly, the study considers the texts under analysis marked by weak didacticity, which derived primarily from the communicative situation and from the communicative goals the texts have. It also recognizes the importance that the discourse of science (in its popularization feature) assumes relating to the theme in question and the textual organization adopted. The consideration of global data suggests that the reformulation is present without being a central feature. The reformulation markers are identifiable and they are productive. However, most reformulation operations occur without any reformulation discourse markers.
