Summary:

The aims of this study are: 1) To analyze ifDNA methylation is present in TSC2
promoter in blood leukocytes; 2) To ascertain ifmethylation levels are different in
Tuberous Sclerosis patients carrying mutations in TSC2; 3) To unravel whether a
correlation between methylation levels and transcription levels exist in these
patients.
