Teaching methods and learning activities
The course is organized in TP classes that include:
- exposure of theoretical frameworks;
- analysis and discussion of texts;
- presentation and discussion of studies, practical cases and discussions with experts in the field.
Theoretical-concetual integration is guaranteed through the exposure of theoretical frameworks and the analysis and discussion of texts, as well as by the invitation of experts in other social sciences, beyond psychology.
The action of the work psychologist in real context is conceived by reflecting on the practical cases presented and then through its autonomous analysis, even if embodied in the shared theoretical frameworks and in tutorial support.
Interaction with multidisciplinary teams and ethical thinking are intentionally worked on this analysis and on the ongoing reflection based on it.

Eligibility for exams
Classes are subject to verification of attendance. Students who miss more than 25% of predicted classes will not be subject to assessment.
Calculation formula of final grade
In the evaluation of the course, 2 components are considered: a) presentation in class of concrete study cases and using the theoretical frameworks for their analysis; b) written synthesis of a critical reflexion.
The final classification is obtained by considering the evaluation components listed above with the following weighting, respectively, a) 40% and b) 60%.
Failure to carry out an assessment component will result in a score of 0 on that component with the minimum score required being 8 values on all components.
Classification improvement
The appeal of the partial classifications is possible through the accomplishment of new equivalent works. The appeal is restricted to those components, which due to their nature are repeatable and therefore allow the redefinition initially attributed.
