Objectives
The Course intends to problematize and deepen concepts and practices that associate learning, democratic participation and digital technologies. It also aims to contribute to the development of reflective practice. Students will be given the opportunity to contact and develop research and/or intervention projects in different educational contexts, with decision-making and monitoring processes.

- Analyse policies related to learning processes and democratic participation mediated by digital technologies
- Problematise concepts of digital citizenship, in its relation with the European reference of digital citizenship
- Critically analyse situations considering different contexts, processes and conditions in terms of being online, online well-being and the guarantee and exercise of rights online
- Recognising the role of subjectivity in relational processes in digital contexts
- Design research and/or intervention projects in the field of Digital Technologies to be developed in different socio-educational contexts
Skills
- Deepening of theoretical and practical knowledge about research projects and/or intervention and digital communication processes developed in different socio-educational contexts, problematizing teacher training and professional practice in these contexts
- Development of small exploratory studies
- Construction of internship/dissertation projects based on the knowledge produced

Eligibility for exams
The student obtains the frequency of the curricular unit if, having been regularly enrolled, he/she does not exceed the limit number of absences corresponding to 25% of the scheduled classes
Calculation formula of final grade
The assessment will be distributed with final exam, having as components the presentation and discussion in class of a proposal of an internship and/or research project (20%) and the final draft of the project (80%). All assignments will be graded on a scale of 0 to 20.

Students who by law are excused from class attendance should prepare the project and discuss it with the teachers of the course. Students in this situation must contact the teachers of the Course during the first 3 weeks of the semester to define the necessary forms of support and follow-up.
Classification improvement
The improvement of the classification supposes the reformulation of the final project of internship/research, classified on a scale of 0 to 20 points.
