Objectives

The UC Qualifications and Competences in organisations and in Work have as general aim: characterise the problematic of development competences throughout professional life. Theory leans on the contribute of different subjects to provide an enlarged comprehension of this matter. The main goals are:

- characterise, briefly, the social and economical context present in the emergent approach of qualifications  and competences in Organisations.

- clarify concepts and notions associated to competences through the contribute of Pscychology, Sociology and Ergonomics

- characterise some theoretical  approaches about competences development

Eligibility for exams


Obligatory:  attend 75% of  the given classes.

 

Calculation formula of final grade

In the evaluation  are considered the following components : written test (40%), group written report (60%). The final assessement results from the weighted average of the two components being required the minimum of 8 values in the written test and 10 values in the group written report so they can be added. The student wil do the unit if he gets a weighted average of at least ten values.

Examinations or Special Assignments

The students that missed, failed or want improve can do new written test for the theoretical component, a single time, until the end of the exam calendar of the  school year.

The final grades for students with special status include the same evaluation components as the other students.

Classification improvement

Students can improve their classification with new examination for the theoretical component, a single time, until the end of the exam calendar of the  school year that in which they passed.
