The general goal of the various MTP Seminars is to deepen the knowledge and skills that allow a proficient and critical use of research in the field of Psychology and to plan the development of an individual original research, empirical or theoretical, in a specific field of Psychology.
This unit specifically aims to follow up, manage and monitor the implementation of the individual research projet; more specifically:
1- To guide the use of adequate methods of data collection in a specific field of Psychology research
2- To guide the use of adequate methods of data analysis in a specific field of Psychology research
1- To test and use specific methods to conduct qualified data collection tasks in a specific filed of Psychology
2- To select and use adequate methods to conduct qualified data analysis tasks in a given framework
1- The preparation of research instruments
2- The specific processes and procedures to conduct qualified data collection tasks in a given research design
3- The definition of methods to conduct qualified data analysis tasks to answer a given research question
4- Developing a research progress report, with particular emphasis on defining the research plan and on the description of the research methods.
Contact sessions: Tutorial work meetings with the supervisor; presentation of field work/assignments; formative and summative evaluation activities

Students must attend at least 75% of the contact hours, attend selected classes, meet with the supervisor and submit a written report describing the research design and methods of their project, in which they must achieve the minimum grade of 9. 5 out of 20.
The final classification is obtained by the supervisor continuous evaluation (representing 30% of the final classification) and by the written report describing the research design and methods (representing 70% of the final classification).
