Calculation formula of final grade
Final classification is calculated based on the grade obtained through the accomplishment of a practical work in small groups and a final exam. In pratical work students are asked to present the clinical characteristics of a DSM-IV pathology, using common language. This work has a ponderation of 25% in final classification; the ponderation of the exam is 75%.
Admission to the exam and requires the completion of the practical component, i.e., a minimum of 10 values in practical work.
For approval in this course students need to have a minimum of 8 values on the exam.
Examinations or Special Assignments
Not applicable
Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)
Students with special status will need to undertake the proposed work for most students and to take the exam, with the same ponderation in the final classification. The calculation of the final classification is therefore equal to that presented for the majority of the students.
Classification improvement
The improvement of classification consists of a written exam (ponderation of 75% in final classification).
It is not possible to improve the practical work (ponderation of 25% in final classification).
