Objectives

Behavior will be understood by means of the main psychophysiological concepts and framework.
The main objectives are the understanding and explanation of the main processes that regulate behavior, mainly those of the behavior primary regulation, the interactions brain- milieu regulatory processes, and self-regulatory processes (i.e., motivation - emotions - cognitions).
All of these incomes will be framed in the context of the 1st cycle curriculum.

Program

Epistemologic introduction to psychophysiology.
Biopsychologic transitionsof the several behavioral regulations: (a) Reptilian brain and the primary regulation of behavior (primary motivations); b) Paleomammalian brain and the brain-milieu interactions regulation processes (primary emotions); (c) Neomammalian brain and self-regulation and criativity (language, abstraction and new action programs).
