Biopsychosociology of Deviant Behaviour

Objectives
To provide comprehensive-explanatory training concerning the many biopsychosocial variables involved in transgression behaviour and deviation from the norm, namely, drug addiction, criminality, prostitution and deviant sub-cultures.
Program
I. Theoretical and epistemological fundamentation
a) Transdisciplinary notion of biopsychosociology :
- Concepts of normal, pathological, deviant and transgressive;
- Analysis of emergency conditions of a biopsychosociology of the deviant behaviour;
- Conditions for a non-reductionist biopsychosociology.
b) General theory of the auto-poietic subject of C. Agra as the origin of biopsychosocial integration.
II. Objects
a) Addictions, the addictive behaviour and drugs – elementary notions:
- Biological approaches of addictive behaviour;
- Psychological approaches to addictive behaviour;
- Anthropological history of psycho-activity;
- The “psychotropics territories “ (L. Fernandes);
- Drug addiction and AIDS;
- “Biopsychosocial” integration.
b) Anti-Sociability, delinquency and criminality:
- Biological approaches;
- Social sphere of deviant behaviours;
- “Biopsychosocial” integration.
c) Relationship between drugs use and criminality.
d) Particular cases of prostitution, rape and “serial murder”.
