Introduction: This workshop is developed within the project JOSEES - Serious Games in Higher Education: Impacts, Experiences and Potentials, financed by FCT under the reference PTDC / MHC-CED / 7182/2014, taking place at FPCEUP - CIIE. 
The central focus of this project is to know and understand how students, researchers and professors of the University of Porto and Instituto Politécnico do Porto (Polytechnical Institute of Porto) relate to videogames and serious games, particularly in educational contexts.

Abstract: In this Workshop, it will be developed, through a participatory process, a grid of analysis and understanding that explores the educational and civic potential of videogames in the context of higher education, both in the transmission of knowledge and in the level Of its appropriation and construction.

Who can apply:preferably students, researchers and professors of the University of Porto and the Polytechnical Institute of Porto. Other applicants will be considered conditionally.

Obs: each applicant should choose the group in which he/she wishes to participate, according to the correspondent timetable.
It can be proposed to an apllicant to change the group he/she previously chose to participate in case the minimum number of applicants required in some groups isn´t reached.

6th group:  (june) 3, 17 - sat, 09 am to 13pm
