Learning outcomes and competences
The contents of the theoretical-practical classes intend to sediment the clinical protocols. The teacher's demonstration by the step-by-step teacher of more advanced clinical procedures and the student supervised practice of clinical activity converge to the proficiency in the diagnosis and planning of a pediatric / orthodontic patient. The exercise of superintended integrated basic clinical acts of pediatric dentistry and interceptive orthodontics improves skills and quality of the student's clinical performance.
Clinical classes allow students to be able to apply knowledge and improve their clinical skills. The theoretical-practical classes in seminar model provide room for emerging knowledge, clinical case analysis, sedimentation of knowledge in relevant subjects and critical reflections on clinical casuistry.
