Objectives
Know the main psychological dynamics and processes with implications in orthodontics.
Reinforce the importance of clinical communication, particularly in the clinical practice of orthodontists.
The motivation for and during orthodontic treatment.
Understand how the teamwork, particularly with psychiatrists and psychologists, can be important in the clinical practice of orthodontists.

The intervention in specific situations - the complementary approach to orthodontic intervention:
- patients with indication for orthodontic-surgical-orthognathic treatment.
- patients with craniofacial deformity
- more frequent types of psychic disorders.
