Objectives
The aims of this course relate to the deepening of previously acquired knowledge and providing skills in the following areas:
- Differential diagnosis of temporomandibular disorders;
- Diagnostic aids in occlusion, TMJ and Orofacial Pain;
- Therapy of temporomandibular disorders.
Learning outcomes and competences
The student is competent for the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular disorders, as well as the differential diagnosis of these disorders with other pathology orofacial.

Teaching methods and learning activities
Teaching is divided into lectures and theoretical-practical. The lectures are interactive and fundamentally seek to exposure of matter contained in the "syllabus", with the collaboration of students. Audio visual means will also be used to a better understanding of issues.
The practical classes have for objective the consolidation of subjects taught in lectures to clinical and laboratory level (study and practice of the articulators and use of axiografia).
