Learning outcomes and competences

The program contents were defined according to the objectives and competences to be acquired by the students. The syllabus includes the necessary diagnostic knowledge so that the student is able to diagnose and elaborate a correct treatment plan for a complex implant-supported rehabilitation of atrophic jaws that require knowledge about vertical and horizontal bone regeneration.

Teaching methods and learning activities

This UC aims to provide the student with theoretical knowledge. In this sense, the topics included in the syllabus are discussed, which are presented in various forms: theoretical seminars with the participation of students and teachers, as well as seminars on literature review and treatment planning. In this way, through the active participation of students with guidance and supervision of teachers, it is ensured that students acquire the proposed learning objectives.
