The primary objectives of the Development and Career Service are:
To promote students’ academic inclusion and success and their psychosocial well-being;
To sponsor extracurricular training programmes, namely those aiming to develop personal and social skills;
To advance the professional integration of FEP students and graduates and to support the development of their careers;
To strengthen the relationship between FEP and its alumni and external entities, furthering their involvement in all School activities and acting as a mediator between employers and FEP graduates.
Students
The Development and Career Service collaborates with FEP students from the moment they enter university until they begin their professional careers, whether through individual sessions (in a completely confidential space) or through specific development programs.

Companies
As part of its relationship with external entities, FEP collaborates with economics and management recruitment efforts on a daily basis. In addition, it establishes unique partnerships with different companies.

The FEP Talent Pool and the FEP Master’s Challenge are initiatives that allow companies to meet, interact with and evaluate high-potential students through solving challenges and networking opportunities.
An opportunity to bring FEP students to your business to complete specific projects, allowing for the practical application of knowledge, integration of the student in the organization and sharing knowledge within a working context.

The Development and Career Service organizes and supervises a set of initiatives aimed at strengthening graduates’ sense of belonging and connection to FEP, following their career trajectories and facilitating their professional inclusion/mobility. To this end, there are a series of initiatives directed exclusively toward FEP alumni and other initiatives that aim to connect FEP students and alumni.
Every year since 2011, FEP has awarded the FEP Career Award to a graduate who has stood out in their professional and civil life. This award contributes toward establishing the School as an institution of excellence in Economics and Management education and research.
