FEP's Documentation and Information Service promotes the 4th edition of the
SUMMER LIBRARY initiative.
This summer reading project
"leave a book, take another one", consists in exchanging books for other books, without any kind of costs, terms or loans.
The aim is to consolidate reading habits and provide access to new books and renew personal collections. With a community and sustainable practice, we are valuing literary works that have already been read and enriching the knowledge of other people by sharing them.
Participating is very simple! Just bring a book from home, of any literary genre, and choose a book that is on display.
The initiative runs from
June 17 to August 31, on level 1, at the entrance to the library.
Principles underlying the Summer Library:
- To provide the FEP community with access to books of different literary genres;
- To encourage reading;
- Promote the sharing and reuse of books.
