Abstract (EN):
A modern electrical drive is composed essentially of two units: - machine's control and static converter. In the field of induction motor drives very significant improvements on control theories have been verified in the last decades. More recently, new voltage-source inverter structures have been also developed. This paper reviews briefly the evolution of some of these control methods and projects the reliability of joining DTC with Multi-Cell converters.
