Abstract (EN): This paper presents a numerical study of a hybrid flat-plate solar collector using heat pipes. The hybrid collector uses solar radiation and hot gases (gas burner) as energy inputs. Model results were obtained and the hybrid collector efficiency was quantified for all possible operating conditions.
