Abstract (EN): The implementation of a fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm on a microcomputer based on the 16 bit TMS9900 microprocessor is discussed. The performance of the system is analysed and a number of notes concerning the implementation details are presented. A quarter-wave cosine look-up table has been used in the program.
