Abstract (EN):
Hodgkin's disease is nowadays a potentially curable neoplasm, but 20 to 50% of the patients have progressive disease or relapse after remission. These bad prognosis groups of patients demand an adequate and precise therapeutical option to obtain cure. This article reviews the therapeutical strategies available and tries to adequate different therapies to different groups of patients.
