Abstract (EN): Let tau be a strongly regular graph with three distinct eigenvalues. We associate a three dimensional Euclidean Jordan algebra V to the adjacency matrix of tau. Next we define the generalized Krein parameters of the strongly regular graph tau. Finally, we show that the generalized Krein parameters of a strongly regular graph are real numbers between 0 and 1, and we establish necessary conditions for the existence of a strongly regular graph.
