Resumo (PT): The Operational Indicators Board is a top level oriented module for mass transport companies. The proposal is to collect and to show the planning and control information to support the decision making process. In this extended abstract the authors describe the indicators identification process and discuss the main ideas for the module functionality. The authors acknowledge the financial support given by Agência de Inovação to the EUROBUS project in which the work here described is included.
