Abstract (EN): The purpose of this paper is to review the predictive factors that can be routinely studied by the pathologist in breast cancer and helps the clinicians in its treatment. Estrogen and progesterone receptors, Mib-1, c-erb-b2, p53, Syalil-tn and angiogenic index are, among others, the principals subjects. These differents factors are related and must be evaluated together, because there is no alone marker that can predict with accuracy the effect of treatment in an individual case.
