Abstract (EN): When someone bought your favorite sweatshirt, probably thought about the price, the touch, the color, the brand, the size and format...! But have that person thought about where those materials came from, about the packaging compliance, and about the maintenance requirements? Have someone thought about the people who made it, or imagine the distance between the factory and him/her? How long those people think to use it? What to do when is no longer needed? How much planet's square miles were used to provide that product in their hands..? But, if the manufacturer had to provide all the information for a conscious decision, he'll be considering that each person contributs for another being survival and each one makes a controlled impact in the environment, so his products must meet those requirements! Nowadays there are several methods to support technical management of industrial facilities and equipments such as Quality, Safety, Environment, Energy and Maintenance management. However, there isn't an integrative methodology of those vectors through a synergic dialog in an ecologic and rational perspective. This is a new methodology that is being developed and treated in the paper and is aided by the guidelines established in the quality management systems standard ISO 9001 with those defined by safety requirements of OHSA 18001/BS 8800 standard, environmental standard of ISO 14001, energy standard EN 16001 and maintenance standard of EN 13000 series. This new management model will allow organizations to define concerted planning strategies aiming a better assets performance, such as worker and facilities performance. At last, this management system will include the social accountability based on SA 8000 standard, as main unifying feature for economic activity value, in the present as in the near future. This is applied in the way that organizations competitiveness also depends on the public view of their social awareness. This can be measured by the organization labour rules fulfillment and community involvement. The approach presented also includes a cost-benefit analysis of this new view over management and economics, mainly over the externalities, frequently omitted by researchers. These externalities will point a new code of ethics carried out by companies with a vision over a new social and environment perspective as a leverage for a "sustainable business as usual". This unifying methodology for production management will allow organizations to improve their competitiveness factors by a market profile with added value in three supports: economical, environmental and social. The logistics, supply chain and the LCM (Life Cycle Management) has a major role in this new integrated management system as it can provide a longer product life in a more efficient life cycle. The integration process starts with the existing standards for quality, environment and safety. Additionally it is done the integration of management procedures concerning energy, maintenance, social accountability and logistics. With this approach it also is developed the Sustainable Production Level (SPL) as a performance indicator for companies, customers and suppliers.
