Objectives

Furthering the knowledge of Labour Law main Legal framework.
Deepening comprehension and update of labour law subjects with high theoretical and practical importance
Practical application of acquired knowledge.
Development of critical and argumentative skills through statutory and case law.

Learning outcomes and competences

Good skills in Labour Law and easy application of its regulations. 
Students must be able to identify, analyse and understand employment and labour regulations and apply them to real situations as well as be able to follow up frequent changes in the legal framework.
