Objectives

- Giving the students the basic concepts on patrimonial criminality and entreprises offences.
- Profound analysis on the main offences.
- Stimulating the critical spirit and personal ellaboration on the syllabus, especially the ability to relate them.
- Stimulating students' authonomy in terms of legal investigation.

- Correct application of the main syllabus taught.
- Identification of the offences perpetrated in entreprises.
- Dealing with concrete problems connected to them.
- Being able of critically analysing the problems and reflecting on them in a personal and autonomous manner.

I) Definition of patrimony, property and patrimonial rights in Criminal Law terms.

II) Offences against property:

1. Thefts.
2. Assault.
3. Illegal apropriation of found objects.
4. Damage.
5. Embezzlements.
6. Extortion, misadministration and usury.

III) Offences against patrimonial rights:

1. Bankruptcy criminality.
2. Receiving stolen goods and material help.

IV) Offences against the public and cooperative sectors aggravated by the offender's quality.

V) Moneylaundering.

VI) The offences prescribed in the Code of Commercial Enterprises.

VII) The offences prescribed in the Code of Securities.

VIII) Tax offences:

1. Tax fraud and breach of trust.
2. Social security fraud and breach of trust.
