Objectives

Thie course is an introduction to Law. The objective is to provide basic legal concepts to students of the bilingual Law Degree of University of macau - Faculty of Law. 
The course also provides a very brief introduction to Portuguese legal system.

Learning outcomes and competences

Students are expected to understand and apply the basic concepts taught during classes, as well as to discuss case studies and situations from a legal perspective.

Students are expected to develop basic and also specific skills, namely autonomous research and critical analysis skills.
