Objectives

Provide the students with a thorough knowledge of the initial part do the Law of obligations (concept, structure and function of the obligation, as well as its sources). We also aim, besides teaching the subject matter, to contribute to the development of the students capacities of legal reasoning.

Learning outcomes and competences

The goal is that the students will be able to understand and apply the legal framework of the Contract Law and Tort Law.
