Familiarize students with the basic foundations of the general part of constitutional law, and the basic structure of the Portuguese Constitution, including the the constitutional state, political regime and political system.

The historical part will be taught by Prof. Luisa Neto, because the Professor in charge of the chair is in his sabbatical. Although, the first class of the year will be given by him.
