Students will be stimulated to discuss some specific fundamental rights, deepening previously knowledge and by means of a problematic thought.
The choice of "Specific Fundamental Rights" aims at the discussion of current issues related do the right of intimacy and frreendom of religion.
The choice of the theme "Fundamental Social Rights" aims to offer students of 2nd cycle a contextual insight on the General Theory of Fundamental Rights in a national, european and global perpsective.
It is particularly adressed to students and graduates who wish to enter careers in research, the judiciary, the bar, diplomacy and legal advice, both internally and internationally.
