Objectives

Students will be stimulated to discuss some specific issues of EU system and law, deepening previously acquired knowledge and developing autonomous and critical thinking. 

Learning outcomes and competences

The course aims to help provide students the necessary tools to a critical, autonomous and sustained analysis and systematization of issues and problems, considering legal norms, doctrine and jurisprudence,  as well as to develop personal research skills.
