Objectives


It is intended that the graduate students acquire knowledge about the key areas of the Law of the Sea and its interpenetration with the Maritime Law

Learning outcomes and competences


Master's students should be able to develop independent research on the Law of the Sea and Maritime Law, as well as making the correct subsumption of life situations within the principles and rules of the Law of the Sea and Maritime Law.
