Objectives

Introduction to the portuguese labour law features. Intensive study of its principles. Monographic study of main labour law acts, regulations and court decisions. Critical and argumentative analysis of positive law (statutory law).

Learning outcomes and competences

Students must be able to determine, analyze and understand the legal regime of estate relationships and apply it to real situations.
