PROGRAMMATIC CONTENTS:

1. Introduction. 1.1. Previous notions: in special, the new Code of the Public Contracts; 1.2. The concepts of public contract and of administrative contract. 1.3. The issue of the autonomy of the administrative contract owing to the rest of public contracts. 1.4. The use of the administrative contract. 1.5. Administrative Contract and Administrative act. 1.6 Administrative Contract and private law contract celebrated by the Administration. 1.7. Administratively factors of a contract. 1.8. Classifications and fundamental categories of administrative contracts. 2. The regime of the administrative contract. 2.1. The contract’s legal entities. 2.2. The formation of the administrative contract. 2.3. The content of the administrative contract. 2.4. The contractual legal relationship. 2.5. The extinction of the administrative contract. 2.6. The invalidity of the administrative contract. 2.7. The litigious of the administrative contract 3. The regime of the private law contracts celebrated by the administration. 3.1. The subjection of all contractual activity of the Administration to the basic principles of administrative law.3.2. The subordination cases of the pre-contractual proceeding from the administration to a publicity regime in special, the enforcements of the communitarian law of public contract. 3.3. The length of the administrative jurisdiction, as a rule, to all the administration contracts.
