Resumo (PT): O Futebol de Formação pode servir como uma base para o desenvolvimento de treinadores e jogadores, preparando-os para o futebol de elite. Nesse contexto, pode haver uma partilha mútua, onde os treinadores, por meio das suas ideias e conhecimentos, ajudam os jogadores a crescer, enquanto os jogadores, além de contribuir para o sucesso das equipas e das equipas técnicas, também ajudam no desenvolvimento dos próprios treinadores. Tendo isso em conta, este documento apresenta uma série de conteúdos relativos ao estágio profisisonal, particularmente no que concerne o funcionamento de uma equipa, tanto no plano coletivo quanto individual, que foram essenciais para o escalão Sub-19 do União Nogueirense Futebol Clube na época 2023/2024. Na época de 2023/2024, tive a oportunidade de integrar a equipa técnica do União Nogueirense Futebol Clube, no escalão Sub-19, tendo sido o objetivo inicial proposto garantir a manutenção no Campeonato Nacional (2ª Divisão). No entanto, a equipa superou as expectativas e conseguiu a promoção de divisão. Este foi um contexto completamente novo para mim, o que indicava que seria uma excelente oportunidade de aprendizagem e crescimento pessoal e profissional. Durante este ano, vivi a realidade de um Campeonato Nacional, onde o clube procurou sempre proporcionar as melhores condições, tanto para os jogadores quanto para a equipa técnica. Acredito que muito do sucesso alcançado, em termos de resultados, está relacionado com o nível de profissionalismo implantado desde o início da época. O trabalho com estes profissionais, bem como com outros intervenientes do clube, fez com que a época fosse produtiva e permitiu-me adquirir conhecimentos relevantes sobre futebol. Além disso, foi extremamente gratificante fazer parte de um ano marcante para o clube, que conseguiu não apenas a promoção da equipa Sub-19, mas também dos seniores. Este ano de estágio profissionalizante foi um período crucial para o meu desenvolvimento. Cresci enquanto treinador e como pessoa, aprofundei o meu conhecimento sobre o jogo, aprendi com diferentes pessoas, criei amizades e acredito ter sido uma mais-valia para o clube.

Abstract (EN): Youth Football can serve as a foundation for the development of coaches and players, preparing them for elite football. In this context, there can be a mutual exchange, where coaches, through their ideas and knowledge, help players grow, while players, in addition to contributing to the success of the teams and coaching staff, also help in the development of the coaches themselves. Taking this into account, this document presents a set of content for the functioning of a team at the collective and individual levels, which were essential for the U-19 team of União Nogueirense Futebol Clube in the 2023/2024 season. In this 2023/2024 season, I had the opportunity to join the technical staff of União Nogueirense Futebol Clube, in the U-19 category. Initially, the objective proposed was to ensure the maintenance in the 2ª division of the National Championship. However, the team exceeded expectations and achieved promotion. This was a completely new context for me, which indicated that it would be an excellent opportunity for learning and professional growth. During this year, I experienced the reality of a National Championship, where the club always sought to provide the best conditions, both for the athletes and the technical staff. I believe that much of the success achieved, in terms of results, is related to the level of professionalism implemented from the beginning of the season. Working with these professionals, as well as with other club participants, made the season productive and allowed me to acquire relevant knowledge about football. Additionally, it was extremely gratifying to be part of a memorable year for the club, which achieved not only the promotion of the U-19 team but also of the senior team. This year of professional internship was a crucial for my development. I grew as a coach and as a person, deepened my knowledge of the game, learned from different people, created friendships, and believe I was an asset to the club.
