The transversal Services Office (GST) acts as a support unit for the functioning of the central and departmental services. Its main responsibilities are:

• Ensure FCUP's general administrative work, records and its distribution to the services, departments and buildings which require mail, correspondence and internal documentation of FCUP.
• Coordinate FCUP's transversal services contracts which are not integrated in other services, namely cleaning and catering services, or others that may be included here.
• Manage permissions to use facilities and provide support with logistics for events being held at FCUP facilities.
• Manage the rooms under the management bodies.
• Coordinate the driving service and the use of management vehicles and ensure their maintenance.
