Teaching methods and learning activities

The course has a theoretical component based on presentation classes about Software Project Management. During the classes real world examples will be shared and students should, whenever possible, take an active part asking questions.

The practical component will be the accomplishment of a group work that applies the set of acquired knowledge to medium complexity project allowing. It allows students to simulate a project context in all it’s phases.
