Abstract (EN): In hospital gymnasiums of rehabilitation, thermal environmental conditions represent a transversal risk factor to all occupants (patients and, professionals) and with great impact on the sustainability of these institutions. The consequences of exposure to certain thermal environment conditions differ between patients and professionals, servingdue to multiple factors. In general, in thermal professional comfort matters, professionals are deprecated. The priority goes to the comfort, for patient safety and health of the patient.
