Abstract (EN): Emergency situations happen to any institution in any field of activity. Thus, the result of the answer to a sporadic and unexpected situation can drive to the chaos or to a self-defeating less thought intervention. In these circumstances, when the specialized teams arrive, avoidable situations can either be happening or already caused damage. In this paper an approach is presented, to the intervention process in case of emergency, intentionally facilitative. The goal is to support the decision between the moment of the declaration of the emergency and the arrival of the help teams. For such purpose it is placed to discussion a set of protocols, designed to school environment, in response to several different natural-risk scenarios. This approach is intended to non-professionals, responsible in these organizations for the preparedness to emergency. Action procedures are presented for the following situations of natural-risk: Cold spells, Extraordinary snowfall, Heat waves, Large forest fires and Earthquakes.
