Summary: - The Measuring and Comparing Achievements of Learning Outcomes in Higher Education in Europe
(CALOHEE) II project is a follow-up of the CALOHEE project (2016-2018): (https://www.calohee.eu). That
project has been - in terms of number of partners - one of the largest FLCPs of its kind and resulted in highly
innovative outcomes; that is European Qualifications Reference Frameworks and Assessment Reference
Frameworks for five key subject areas, representing as many HE sectors. These Frameworks are expected to
offer a serious contribution to rethink the internal and external quality assurance policies at European level.
CALOHEE offers detailed references to allow for defining what a relevant and high quality degree programme
should entail. Based on a merger of the EQF for LLL and the QF for the EHEA it gives clear indicators for
three succeeding levels of learning for both the first and the second cycle. It is therefore unique in its kind and
highly innovative.
Results: ******************PORTUGUÊS************** Sensibilização: A parceria trabalhará na maior sensibilização sobre os termos de referência do Tuning-CALOHEE. A parceria desempenha um papel neste respeito através de websites e de newsletters. Como resultado, também o resto dos interessados será informado sobre as metas e objetivos deste projeto de acompanhamento. É a intenção explícita através dos serviços, em particular das organizações envolvidas no projeto, integrar as estruturas CALOHEE nas políticas, procedimentos e práticas e torná-las a base para a definição, inovação, implementação e aprimoramento do currículo nas instituições de ES. Um importante instrumento de conscientização provou ser a publicidade (por exemplo, duas vezes no Times Higher) e as apresentações em conferências e workshops (anuais) que têm como público-alvo especialistas disciplinares ou especialistas em garantia de qualidade e credenciamento. Atenção explícita será dada no site do CALOHEE (https://www.calohee.eu) e no site da Tuning Academy (http://news.tuningacademy.org) às experiências e progressos do CALOHEE II. Durante os primeiros 18 meses do projeto, a atenção estará voltada para a conscientização sobre os principais objetivos deste novo projeto. Ele se concentrará no esboço principal do plano de teste, explicando as metas e objetivos, os desafios a superar, os itens a serem avaliados e as vantagens desta abordagem de encontrar evidências (e garantia) em relação ao desempenho. O meios de comunicação social, em particular o Twitter e o LinkedIn, serão usados para informar um público mais amplo sobre a iniciativa e os materiais desenvolvidos. *****************INGLÊS**************** Awareness raising: The partnership will work on the further awareness-raising of the Tuning-CALOHEE Reference Frameworks. The full partnership plays a role in this respect through websites and Newsletters. As a result also the wider world will be informed about the aims and objectives of this follow-up project. It is the explicit intention through the services of in particular the QA organisations involved in the project to mainstream the CALOHEE frameworks in QA policies, procedures and practices and to make these the basis for curriculum design, innovation, implementation and enhancement in HE institutions. An important instrument for awareness-raising has proven to be publicity (for example twice in the Times Higher) and by presentations at (annual) conferences and workshops which target audiences either disciplinary experts or quality assurance and accreditation experts. Explicit attention will be given on both the CALOHEE website (https://www.calohee.eu) and the website of the Tuning Academy (http://news.tuningacademy.org) to the CALOHEE II experiences and progress. During the first 18 months of the project the attention will be on raising awareness about the main aims of this new project. It will concentrate on the main outline of the test blueprint, explaining the aims and objectives, the challenges to overcome, the items to be assessed and the advantages of this approach of finding evidence (and assurance) regarding performance. Social media, in particular Twitter and LinkedIn, will be used to inform a wider audience about the initiative and the materials (to be) developed.
