The project follows a trajectory of the team members around common topics of interest in teaching and research in both countries, having Pedagogy in Higher Education as a broader theme. It will be explored the quality of Higher Education, deepening the concept of quality, the policies of democratization of access to Higher Education in times of globalization and the challenges they face. For that, effects of policies of higher education in both countries will be studied as well as inherent features such as the quality of teaching, the teaching profession, knowledge and pedagogical practices, and institutional strategies such as those involved in mobility programs and actions to stimulate internationalization. The cooperation under this arrangement will facilitate comparison between the experiences of both countries in national and international policy frameworks and the production of knowledge about potentials, constraints, dilemmas and challenges they face and how they can be framed in references to improve the quality of Higher Education. |
