Students with a valid registration in a cycle of studies from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto who wish to apply for the Student-Worker status for the academic year of 2024/2025, according to Regulation nº 40/2022 of the University of Porto, must submit a request at the time of enrolment/registration.

If such is not possible, students have until 20 working days after the beginning of the academic year to submit the request, considering as well the clarification of the Order nº GR.07/02/2024 for students that register after the start of the academic year.

Procedure

• Submission’s deadline: October 17, 2024 (*);
• Request Template, to be filled out and submitted alongside the documents applicable to the professional situation;

• Electronic Submission, the documents pertaining the professional status must contain a qualified electronic signature (scanned signatures are not accepted):
• To be sent to te.licenciaturas@fc.up.pt (First Degrees) or pos.graduacao@fc.up.pt (Master or Doctor Degree)

• Paper Submission, with the original documents, signed and stamped to:

• In Person submission at the academic services, with the original documents, signed and stamped:
  
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 12:00
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 14:30 to 16:30
