This cycle of studies consists of:
a) A specialization consisting of an organised set of curricular units corresponding to 63 ECTS credits. Upon completion, it confers a Specialization in Biodiversity, Genetics and Evolution.
b) A dissertation of scientific nature, corresponding to 57 ECTS of a total of 120 ECTS in the cycle of studies, approved by public defence. The successful completion of the cycle of studies grants the Master's degree in Biodiversity, Genetics and Evolution.
The lists of optional courses are illustrative of what is on offer and may be subject to changes with the approval of the scientific bodies of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto.
