• Identity Document (Identity Card/Citizen Card/Passport) or Identity Form. (Mandatory)
• Transcript of records with a list of courses approved, including individual grades and the final average. Students from the University of Porto may submit a print screen of their Sigarra’s academic pathway. For degrees obtained in foreign countries, this document must be authenticated by consular offices or embassies of Portugal located in the country where the qualification was obtained or hold the Hague Apostille (for countries that acceded to the Hague Convention). Applicants who have not concluded the BSc degree yet, the declaration (see next icon) must include the total number of credits completed in the BSc degree. (Mandatory)
• Degree certificate/Diploma. Students from the University of Porto may submit a print screen of their Sigarra’s academic pathway. For degrees obtained in foreign countries, this document must be authenticated by Consular Offices or Embassies of Portugal located in the country where the qualification was obtained or hold the Hague Apostille (for countries that acceded to the Hague Convention). If the BSc degree is not yet concluded, but may be obtained until the deadline for registrations of the present phase of applications, the candidate should submit the following Declaration of Degree Completion. • For degrees obtained in foreign countries, declaration issued by the Institution where the qualification was obtained containing: final classification; minimal grade for approval; grading scale. This Declaration must be authenticated by consular offices or embassies of Portugal located in the country where the qualification was obtained or hold the Hague Apostille (for countries that acceded to the Hague Convention). For degrees obtained in Portuguese institutions, the candidate must submit one of the qualification documents listed in the prior icons. (Mandatory)
• Curriculum vitae (Mandatory)
• English Language Knowledge. The filling of this form is for informational purposes: the classification of linguistic knowledge in the terms of the scale A, B and C corresponds to a self-assessment of the applicant in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. • Any other document you may consider relevant to the assessment of merit mentioned in the curriculum vitae (Optional)
